Joe graduated from Fruitport High School, attended Muskegon Community College for Business Law, and is a Business Management graduate of Baker College.  Joe has been investing in Real Estate since 1979. 

Joe is a licensed Builder with expertise in FLOOD CONTROL, MOLD, LEAD, WATER DRAINAGE CONCERNS, Structural and all forms of Building Construction. He has owned other Businesses as well such as a Restaurant, an Electronic Engineering Firm, Investment Counseling Company as well as a Manager of 40 plus rental homes. He was Co Founder of the Commercial Colleague Association in 1988, a group of commercial real estate professionals from across the state of Michigan. He has a proven record with many years of honesty and integrity.  Joe is well qualified and can help you with all of your needs.
